order

All bookings are confirmed by mail. If you are unsure whether the order has been made correctly, please contact me and I will assist you.


Ordering from abroad
To order from countries other than Norway, the customer will be charged additional charges such as customs clearance. The Norwegian VAT falls away. To order from abroad: Choose your country flag in the end of shopping and before paying. If you are unsure, please contact.

Payment
Payment is made via Klarna. You can either pay with VISA, another credit card, or request an invoice. 

Shipping and shipping costs
It is freight free in Norway. Since it is much more expensive to send abroad, I have put on postage for the orders I ship to countries outside Norway.


Exchange and return rights
From the item received, you have 14 days to decide if you want tol exchange or return the item. The product should be returned undamaged, unused and with labels. The product must be packaged properly in original packaging. With the item, a receipt will be sent.  Shipping and handling costs are not credited. Please contact me if you like to return or change the size. I will assist you. 


Error on item
In case of defects in your product,  contact Abanti and return the item within 14 days.
